Jacques Picard, a pioneer of sustainable practises in Champagne, has created a new, limited-edition Coronation Cuvée, exclusively for royal warrant holders Fortnum & Mason, from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir fruit picked from their Montagne de Reims vineyards.
This excellent wine is encased in a Fortnum & Mason Coronation Champagne gift box, making it a lovely present and a beautiful reminder of this special royal occasion. Featured on the gift box is the magical White Hart, seated on a bed of Eau de Nil, gold leaves, and flowers, who, since the Middle Ages, has been associated with kings as a symbol of strength and purity. The gift box is further embellished with fruits of the vine and a label shape echoing His Majesty’s Garden at Highgrove.
